Refund policy
All purchases are final, and we do not accept returns unless the wrong product has been shipped. In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect product and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
